MCCSA provides human services with excellence to enhance self sufficiency for the citizens of Madison County by partnering with other community agencies.
Madison County Citizens Services Agency was established in 2007 as the human service agency of the Madison County Board of Supervisors. MCCSA is a governmental agency designed to operate programs to improve the economic and social conditions of moderate to low income households. Our goal is to provide services and resources that will guide families to self-sufficiency. Madison County Citizens Services Agency strives to advocate and speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. The traditional and key principles of MCCSA include the life and dignity of the human person, the call to family and community, the dignity of work and the options of the poor and vulnerable populations across Madison County. Funding for programs includes federal, state and local resources. Please use this website to learn more about us and how we may be of service to you.
